Privacy
What the web edition of Product Management in the Agentic Era stores, where, and how to remove it. The site is run by Asaf Saar (CorgiMind).
Without an account
Your reading position, bookmarks, notes, feedback drafts, practice brief and reading preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
With an account
- Your email address, used to send sign-in links and to identify your account.
- The reading data listed above, except reading preferences, so it can appear on each device where you sign in.
- Feedback you choose to send to the author, with your email address so the author can reply.
- A session record (with the browser and IP address reported when you signed in) to keep you signed in.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy sells the book as merchant of record: it collects your payment details, billing address and taxes under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card. From each order we keep the order number, the email address you bought with and whether the order is active or refunded, so your purchase opens the book when you sign in with that address.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and a few actions, such as opening the checkout, signing in, finishing a chapter or adding a bookmark. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the type of device and browser. It sets no cookies and cannot tell who you are: visits are grouped by a value that changes every day. Nothing you write in the book, and no email address, is sent to it.
With your permission, Google Analytics also measures visits to the public book introduction, free chapter, updates, terms and privacy pages, alongside the ADLC homepage. Its tag is blocked until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Account pages, checkout and paid reading are excluded. We do not send account details, purchase details, notes or search text to Google Analytics. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments, and referring URLs are limited to the website origin. Google processes this data and may process it outside your country. See the ADLC privacy notice for details.
Cookies
A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in, and a purchase cookie remembers that your account owns the book. Readers with an invite have an invite cookie. If you allow Google Analytics, it sets analytics cookies configured to expire after 180 days without use. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings on a public page to change it. Rejecting analytics stops Google collection, removes its cookies for this site and reloads the page. There are no advertising cookies.
Where it is stored
The site runs on Vercel. Account and purchase data is stored in a Neon Postgres database in the United States. Email is sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Analytics are processed by Vercel and, if you allow it, Google.
Your choices
On your account page you can download everything stored with your account, or delete the account. Deleting removes your account, synced data and sent feedback from our database. The purchase record described above is kept so the purchase stays valid and for accounting. Feedback emails already delivered to the author stay in the author’s mailbox unless you ask for them to be deleted, and database backups expire on the hosting provider’s schedule.
